Our Policies

We value your business and ask you to respect our business scheduling policies. A deposit is required to secure an appointment, this is to ensure that you are serious about the booking. We do not keep your credit card detail online and the final price is to finalised in person.

* Please notify us 24 hrs in advance of any cancelations.

* If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time or fail to show up to your appointment without notice, you will forfeit the deposit paid.

* Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to any other services. We require 24 hours notice for any rescheduling. 

* The deposit will be deducted from the final service price on the date of your appointment in person.

*Please contact us if you are going to be late. Lift beauty reserves the right to cancel/ reschedule appointments if you are more than 10 minutes late. Being more than 20 minutes later may result in the forfeit of your deposit.

* After 2 No-show, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book your next appointment

At Lift Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable studio. We understand life can be busy but if you are late or no show it creates a great loss to our time and makes it very difficult for us to fill it.
